Bhaskaran, has over 35 years of demonstrated excellence in Human Resource development.  He has experience in both Government and Corporate sectors. Rich experience in Generalist HR including Training & Development, compensation management, job analysis, HRIS and Administration. His unique outlook comes from working with Government Departments, Public Sector Units and Corporates in the field of Human Resources, Executive / Leadership Coaching, Assessment Centre and Behavioural training. He has extensive experience in Mentoring people in the last  decade and has developed several first line to senior Leaders to success. He is currently full time into Coaching Leaders (50+ hours), Behavioural Assessments and Feedback delivery (1500+ assessed) and in several organizations through various HR Consulting and Talent Management Companies like Right Management, Jombay, LHH, and Twaran  since 2010 as a freelance professional. 

The clients supported include many leading PSUs, Pharma, Automotive companies and Banking industries. Coaching is his passion and he enjoys supporting people to achieve their full potential. He has conducted Psychometric Interpretation Sessions for individuals and groups based on their assessments.  He has also facilitated behavioural interventions for corporate clients and Educational Institutes. Co-led training on Human Resource Optimization, Secrets to Holistic Leadership and Behaviour Empowering Solutions for Teachers to name a few. Bhaskaran loves to travel and meet new people. He applies his knowledge and experience in assessing participants employing clarity, innovation and humour to deliver effective feedback to them at all Organisational levels.
